Shipping Policy

Shipping Information
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. 

Returns And Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Any items returned that have been opened, would be void of a refund as based on our terms. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
